If you have puchased a CD Kit, the software will not need to be downloaded.
Insert disc into your computer and once the ESET CD Menu appears follow the Installation wizard.

If your computer has the Auto Run disabled you will need to navigate to your My Computer and
locate your CD/DVD ROM Drive and navigate to the folder that contains the autorun file and start
the installation file manually.

1. After download is completed, double-click the installer file to begin installation.
2. In the Install ESET Smart Security screen, click Continue.





3. Click I Accept.





4. Select your preference for ESET Live Grid and Detection of Potentially Unwanted Applications. Click Install.





5. Click Done to exit the Installation Wizard.



6. Network connection found window will open automatically.
   Click Home or office network if you are performing this installation in an office or home environment on a secure network. Only select Public network if you are traveling with your computer and ESET detects a new network.

After Installation, Product activation window will open automatically.
Type or copy/paste your License Key into the blank field and click Activate. Be sure to include hyphens.
If you are updating from a previous version, your license info will be entered automatically.

If you entered your credentials correctly, you will see the Activation successful screen.
Click Done to complete your activation. You may also be asked to complete a registration screen.
Complete all relevant fields and click Activate → Done.
